What is your approach to primary care?
Our approach brings evidence-based diagnostics, preventive screenings, and treatments together with a conversation about lifestyle, nutrition, stress, sleep, and metabolic health.
Do you accept my insurance?
Please contact the practice to confirm participation with your specific plan, benefits, and any out-of-pocket costs before scheduling. Self-pay visits are also available.
Who do you see?
Children ages 6 and older, teens, and adults.
Do you offer virtual visits?
Yes, for follow-ups. First visits are in person at our Clear Lake office. Follow-up visits can be in person or by secure video.
How do I get started?
Book a new-patient visit online, call (832) 303-1697, or send us a message below. Please do not include medical information in a message or email.
What if I need to cancel?
Please give at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Missed appointments without notice may be charged a $50 fee.
I’m already a patient. How do I reach the team?
Sign in to the patient portal to message the team, request prescription refills, and view your records.
